Strategic Workforce Advisory Panel

The mining Strategic Workforce Advisory Panel (SWAP) brings together collective experience and knowledge from leaders in the mining industry.

Our mining SWAP members play a critical role in informing the work we do, in particular, ensuring workforce needs are captured and accurately represented in the Workforce Plan. The group meets formally on a quarterly basis and regularly communicate and collaborate between sessions.

Members have been carefully selected to ensure we have diverse organisational, gender, role and geographical representation across the mining industry.
