Consultation across the VET sector found that inclusive workplace cultures are essential to attracting and retaining a diverse VET workforce. Strong organisational support, equitable opportunities and inclusive practices were identified as particularly important for women in male-dominated trades, First Nations trainers and assessors, and others from underrepresented backgrounds.
