Creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace does not require a long list of initiatives or a standalone strategy. Consultation as part of the VET Workforce Blueprint found that many DEI efforts are well-intentioned but can become fragmented, reactive or difficult to sustain alongside day-to-day priorities.
