Consultation found that while the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is where many VET careers begin, capability development continues throughout a trainer or assessor's career. Participants highlighted the importance of strong teaching and assessment practice, train-the-trainer opportunities, digital capability and ongoing professional learning.
