This sub-theme explores the digital knowledge, tools and systems that trainers and assessors use in both industry and VET. It includes confidence with learning technologies, organisational systems and the digital platforms shaping contemporary workplaces.

Consultation found that digital capability is an ongoing development need, supported by practical learning, peer support and regular opportunities to build confidence with evolving industry technologies and organisational systems.
