Timeline extension
The project timeline has been extended to allow sufficient time for review and to align with the parallel work underway on the Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology (AUR30420). This alignment ensures that any shared units and cross-sector considerations between the mobile plant and agricultural streams are addressed consistently across both projects.
During the consultation period we will consult with:
- Employers and their representatives/peak bodies
- Employees and their representatives/unions
- The Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments (including licensing and regulatory bodies)
- Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
- Educational experts
- Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
Consultation will explore the skills and knowledge required for maintaining increasingly electrified, automated and technologically advanced mobile plant equipment.
