During the consultation period we will consult with:

  • Employers and their representatives/peak bodies
  • Employees and their representatives/unions
  • The Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments (including licensing and regulatory bodies)
  • Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
  • Educational experts
  • Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

Consultation will explore the skills and knowledge required for maintaining increasingly electrified, automated and technologically advanced mobile plant equipment.

Introduction

This survey collects information from employers, industry representatives, training providers and government stakeholders about the skills, knowledge, and work tasks of mobile plant technicians in Australia. Your feedback will support the review and redevelopment of the AUR Mobile Plant Technology training products.
