Development of recommendations for culturally safe training and assessment
Co-design framework – tools, guidelines, resources
This project will research and develop evidence-based guidelines and recommendations to support culturally safe Training and Assessment for First Nations learners. The project will also focus on the critical aspect of building VET Workforce cultural capability to deliver culturally safe training.
The project has 2 stages, with feedback and learnings from the first research stage informing the second developmental stage (see Key Stages below):
- Stage 1 Research and Stakeholder consultation
- Stage 2 Co-design and development.
This project commenced in June 2026 and is due for completion in July 2027.
