- Draft revised training products and where agreed, develop new training products for the AUR training package.

Stage 2 includes:
Draft training products released for public and government consultation for a minimum 4-week period.
Start: September 2025
End: September 2025
Stage 3 includes:
- Implement feedback and draft final version of training products.
- Consultation with commonwealth or state and territory Senior Responsible Officers (SROs)
- Final compliance check of the products and preparation of the training products for submission to the Assurance Body.
Start: October 2025
End: December 2025
Stage 4 includes:
- Submit training products to the Assurance Body
- Upload the endorsed training products to the National Training Register following endorsement of the training products by Skills Ministers.
Start: January 2025
End: March 2026
