Our Implementation, Promotion and Monitoring (IPM) activities are designed to ensure training is industry-relevant, inclusive, and focused on continuous improvement. Projects in this stream are outside the training product development process but may impact future development activities.
Through our IPM projects, we collaborate with employers, training providers, and key stakeholders to support quality training delivery, promote career pathways, and respond to evolving workforce needs.

Scope
This IPM activity will support the of development of a nationally accredited unit of competency on Safe and Respectful Workplaces (BSB30719 Certificate Ill in Work Health and Safety). While this project will be led by Future Skills Organisation, we will engage mining stakeholders to inform the contextualisation of the unit to the mining industry.
This is with a view to later integrating the new unit as an elective into the Rll training package, as appropriate.

Scope
The VET Workforce Blueprint, developed in collaboration with states and territories, provides a comprehensive roadmap designed to grow Australia's vocational education and training (VET) workforce. The Blueprint outlines opportunities and actions to attract, retain, develop, and sustain Australia's VET Workforce.
We will undertake a VET Workforce Blueprint project focused on strengthening and supporting the VET workforce that delivers education and training to the mining and automotive industries.

Scope
This activity builds on the findings of Phase 1 to develop a high-level qualification structure considering the requirements of industry, the appropriate AQF level (for example AQF7 Vocational Degree) and the Qualification Development Quality Principles as outlined in the TPOF.
The project will test feasibility across industry, education, and regulatory lenses to ensure the qualification reflects relevant job roles, is deliverable across provider types, and meets national skills priorities. This Implementation, Promotion and Monitoring activity will build on the findings of Phase 1.

Prioritisation: Routine. The project timeframe reflects the need for strong consultation, potential revisions to existing units of competency and/or development of new units of competency.
