Critical Control Management Consultation

Consultation survey now open

Public and Government Consultation closing date: Friday 8 May 2026

Help set the benchmark for Critical Control Management in Mining

Join the consultation for Critical Control Management Training Products for Mine Site Supervisors, Superintendents and Managers.

This project will develop nationally accredited training products that strengthen the capability of mine site supervisors, superintendents and managers to effectively identify, implement, verify, and lead controls designed to prevent high‑potential and catastrophic events.

We are inviting feedback from stakeholders on the proposed scope, structure, and practical application of the training products, including their relevance to operational mining environments and leadership responsibilities.

Your input will help us determine whether the training products are fit for purpose, reflect real mine site conditions, and support supervisors, superintendents and managers to actively own and manage risks.

Consultation webinars

We invite stakeholders to take part in a webinar to go through consultation for this project. You will have an opportunity to discuss with the CCM project team and ask questions.
