AUSMASA’s Workforce Plan is our flagship research publication. It draws on industry consultation, data analysis, and workforce insights to identify the priorities shaping Australia's mining and automotive sectors.

The 2026 Plan "XXX" examines immediate workforce challenges and long-term structural changes, including recruitment and retention, aging workforces, gender diversity, technological advancements, decarbonisation, and the expansion of the EV sector.
