During the Consultation period, we will consult with:
- Employers and their representatives /peak bodies
- Employees and their representatives /unions
- The Commonwealth, state and territory governments (including licensing
- Registered Training Operators (RTO's)
- Educational experts.
Through a variety of consultation approaches, the project will clearly identify and articulate the role and purpose of the workplace learning component of the Vocational Degree, and inform the design of a qualification to enable graduates to demonstrate the learning outcomes expressed as knowledge, skills and the application of knowledge and skills specified in the level 7 criteria and the Vocational Degree descriptor.
Consultation on the development will be largely mining-specific; however, it will also importantly ensure cross-sector input into the design of the qualification.
