Consultation approach
Fifth Quadrant will use in-depth interviews to explore their views on current skills shortages and recruitment challenges. Industry bodies, training providers, employers, existing workforce, careers advisors and advocacy groups will be invited to share potential solutions they have tried or would suggest, and how the Phase 1 feedback could best be used.
