Hydrogen Fuel Cell EVs

Development of new training products for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles

This project supports Australia's shift toward hydrogen as an alternative fuel.

We will consult with stakeholders to develop new training products for the AUR – Automotive Retail, Service and Repair Training Package for the safe handling and maintenance of H2-FCEV components.

During the project's consultations, we will seek stakeholder feedback to determine if the new products developed should be added to the following qualifications:

AUR30320 - Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology

AUR30420 - Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology

AUR30520 - Certificate III in Marine Mechanical Technology

AUR30620 - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

AUR30720 - Certificate III in Outdoor Power Equipment Technology

AUR31120 - Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology

AUR31220 - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology

AUR32721 - Certificate III in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology

The project will commence in October 2024 and is due for completion in November 2025.
