AUSMASA is hosting in-person workshops in Perth and Mackay for experienced frontline supervisors, superintendents and managers across the mining industry.

These CCM Workforce Insights Group Workshops will gather practical, real-world insights into occupational purpose, job tasks and functions, and key critical areas for safe supervision and management on mine sites.

The workshops form part of the Critical Control Management for Mine Site Supervisors and Managers project and will directly inform the development of future training products.

If you have lived experience in safety leadership, people and risk management, or Safety and Health Management Systems, we encourage you to register.
