2025 Workforce Plan – Evolving Together' Consultation papers
We are proud to launch our 2025 Workforce Plan—Evolving Together consultation papers, which set the course for future action.
The consultation papers identify medium to short-term challenges, including:

• the need for the workforce to adapt to technological change.
It also outlines long-term structural shifts such as decarbonisation, the move to Net Zero, electrification, and sustainability.
The consultation papers aim to gather input and guidance from stakeholders to align our strategies and actions with industry needs and ensure effective stewardship. Our consultation-driven, industry-led approach ensures that the voice of our stakeholders is heard when shaping policies and strategies.
