The Workforce Insights Roundtable series will examine skills shortages, training gaps, workforce participation and future workforce needs, while providing an opportunity to contribute directly to several of AUSMASA's current research projects, including machine control guidance technicians, EV skills and licensing requirements, and non-accredited training.
Through a combination of industry discussion and interactive workshops, participants will help inform future workforce planning, training product development and skills solutions across the mining and automotive industries.
